Default HURRY!!!! Renewded HD12.8 but still expired in iLok

case number : 03344848

I have renewded HD12.8 weeks ago. But still expired in iLok. I have to stop works.......holly....

I have checked the posts who got same problems like me. Totally confused what a such easy technical problem but cases such stupid trouble to users. I'm not the last one,for sure...Sorry I'm angry with this...

(Please dont paste any article from Avid help pages about that.... )

BTW, I have another case submitted weeks ago. But no any response YET! Quite similar trouble and worse. A ProTools license is suddenly invalid in a iLok of my team. It's just gone....

Support is handled by the distributor in your region, but I have escalated your case. Sorry for the delay.

Fortunately, I have a ProTools 12 perpetual bundle in the ilok.
Sorry for my words. I have to finish thousands of samples this weekend...so that made me crazy
