Could not complete your request: Access violation occurred

Hello all, I am trying to get my MBox working and keep getting the Could not complete your request: Access violation occurred error every time I launch protools, which then closes after clicking ok. I am running ProTools 6.4, an AMD Dual Core +5600 with 4 gigs of ram and Windows XP Pro SP 2. I have done all the things the manual suggests, I've also deleted out the Database files on all my drives and turned off all startup programs and launch with just the digidesign enabled and still get this error everytime. Any suggestions? Thanks!
