Default "Elastic Audio plug-ins are not installed"

In PT 8.01cs1 I am getting this message under the Elastic Menu options. Is there really an EA plugin that needs installing? I can't find it anywhere. Perhaps something went wrong with the install from v7.4 to v8.01cs1?
