Default No input signal in pt 11 from s3l
Hi,

I just upgraded my S3L to 4.5 and my Pro Tools from 11.2 to 11.3
The problem is now I don't recieve any signal from S3L in PT.
Playback Engine is ok.
Pro Tools plays fine, I recieve signal in S3L but I cannot record the live session in order to do the Virtual Soundcheck.

Try toggle between all buffer sizes. Not nice but it always works here. Good luck ;-)

I solved. I've just downgraded to Mavericks.
Still not using Yosemite for Pro Tools and Venue on AVB!

Anyone know yet if Avid fixed this problem with no input signal when recording from S3L in their lastest PT11.3.1 along with running Yosemite?

Not yet, for sure. My issue was 2 weeks ago :)
I have studied the problem, does not matter about ProTools version, it is a matter of OS. Even if U have PT 10 or 11.0 on Yosemite, U get the same issue.

As it reads HERE EuCon seems not to be ready for Yosemtie and as S3L is all about EuCon I would suggest to stay with Maverics if possible.

Okay thanks for the tip to search for EuCon compatibility in the future. I know you can use the S3 as an EuCon workstation but I didn't know that the hole S3L system was all about EuCon.

I still think that Avid could enter one more sentence in the PT11.3 article and tell very clearly that S3L users should wait updating to Yosemite.

Only internally, so Mac with buggy Yosemite is not a problem for S3L, unless you need to record/playback from PT.
