HELP WITH MY STUDIO PLEASE

hey i have a mpc 500 and a roland fantom with pro tools,i aslo hav sonik synth and sampletank which i do use with pro tools,but how do i set up my mpc 500 and roland fantom to pro tools,i only kno how to use sonik synth with pro tools,how can i get my equipment set up?what do i need to do?
