How many of the 2456 viewers are going to post on this thread while watching the webcast to show off their multitasking skills?

So the HD "disk cache" means you can open huge sessions into all that 64-bit tons o' RAM you may have, for faster-playback. *IF* running HD, right?

I'm glad to see they clarified that you can save to previous session formats (PT 7-9) but it strikes me as odd that, in a roundtrip from PT10 and PT9 rigs, the plug-in usage differences (AAX) might cause a lot of people to assume one plug is available on the receiver's end. Or all Pro shops will convert to PT10 right way if AAX plug vendor re-writes arrive quickly.

Personally as a hobbyist who doesn't do this for a living, $299 is kinda steep for the feature gains for humble little me, I'll probably wait awhile.

I wonder what the Post boys (and girls) feel about PT10? "Clips" instead of "regions" now, you guys have to love that one, right?
