Where's My Free Pro Tools 11 Upgrade?

This is my first post as I got told about this thread by a friend in the same situation as most of the people on this thread.
I tired to fill in the form so I can submit my case as I have all the details needed including my receipt but still no joy as I get that same message saying I need to register :-/ anyone know another way?

Your email was sent to you on June 28th at the email you entered when you registered your Pro Tools 10 (which is not the same as your forum email address). Check the Private Message I sent you.

I have a protools 10 academic license with 4 years upgrade, tried filling the form listed on this thread, NO LUCK, it keeps giving me errors, no email or contact from AVID< and support cost 39$ to contact! help!

If you're not a student within the past 6 months and have a student license, according to AVID, your FREE 4 Year Upgrades is voided. You can purchase PT11 @ $299 considering you have a PT10 Student license in your MY AVID account.

flawless ... I don't know who, how or when your got that information from 'AVID', but what you are saying is incorrect.

The 'within the last 6 months' eligibility criteria is at the time of purchase, i.e. the test is only made when you buy the student licence. So, if you bought a PT as a student with the four years of free upgrades deal, then you will get free upgrades for four years. Your PT should show up in your Avid account as a Student licence.

It does not matter if you subsequently finish your studies. In fact, the eligibility crieteria means that you can have already finished your studies, within the last six months, when you buy the student licence. There is an explicit statement on this from Tony Cariddi, Avid's director of Marketing.

Of course, things have changed a little as of PT11. The student licence with four years of free upgrades is no longer available as a new purchase, Avid have withdrawn that offer and replaced it with one where, as a student, you pay only $99 to upgrade when a new version is released. Note ... this DOES NOT affect existing owners of student PT with the four years of free upgrades deal.

I suspect, but I haven't as yet seen anything explicitly said, that this new offer might mean your student eligibility is rechecked every time you try to purchase a student upgrade. There is no time limit from the time of original purchase, so I guess that the limitation will be that you are entitled to student upgrades forever, so long as you can prove you are still a student.

And, I see no reason why a student on the four year deal, after the four years is up, cannot still buy student upgrades into the future for $99 if they are still a student at the time of upgrading.

case number 02200393 August 6th
case number 02203170 August 8th

Today is August 13th - why does this have to take so long?

When you register a product that is older like Pro Tools 9 (Pro Tools 10 was released in October 2011), you would be automatically sent an email instructing you to send in proof of purchase. Which you did. According to the salesforce support case history, you have been sent your upgrade codes twice. On July 28th, and again yesterday. From that case #02203170 response to you:

Thank you for contacting Avid Audio Support.

My colleague sent you the codes for upgrades to Pro Tools 10 and 11 on July 29. You do not have to open any more cases. I will close the other case now and I will be waiting for a response on how the activation went

I am sending you those codes again...

I'm not sure why you are not receiving the information they are sending, but I will copy the information and send it to you in a Private Message.

I think there are issues with CS Support - I purchased two Mboxes with Pro Tools 9
PT 9-11 upgrade [Case : 02197623]
I got one set of codes but not the second set even though I got a email saying the case was closed.
I think someone is asleep at wheel on this.
