"You do not have any licenses in your account" Pro Tools 12.5,
Even though I've had no problems since the install in 2017.
I try to launch PT 12.5 i get the message "You do not have any licenses in your account" The PT log on window opens and has an option. Click QUIT or ACTIVATE. Click Activate, "You do not have any licenses in your account" Log onto the Avid site I do see my Perpetual Product System ID number. Tried to reactivate it. Check Cancelled and Expired Subscriptions, I don’t have any. Check iLok account on website, PT 12.5 is active. Expires- Never. The iLok manager says ProTools Perpetual Bundle activations 0 of 1. I have the option to surrender the license and that’s about it. All other iLok licenses are working and active. Can anyone help? Pro Tools 12.6 or later required an updated (ie you pay $$) license than earlier versions. Are you sure you have 12.5 installed?
try to update/reinstall ILM. what exactly does ILM show is on the ILok? (on the actual iLok, not in your account) ... the whole stings. anything changed? OS updates disabled? |

Activations 0/1 means you have activated your license somewhere, and as 12.5 is old enough to not support Cloud, the license is in your license key.
If the key is broken you need to open support case with ilok.com and send the broken key there, so they replace the license to your account.
