Default AIR Blog?

I'm a big fan of what the AIR team have been doing, Hybrid is one of my top synths and I find Transfuser inspirational. But, as has been mentioned a few times in other threads on the DUC, there seems to be a lack of addressing bugs etc in some of the AIR products (obviously I'm sure there are legit reasons for this), but I was wondering what the possibility would be of a dedicated AIR blog/page on the Digi site? something putting a face to the department and providing news + hints + the odd tutorial? I've been finding the other online Digi stuff a great help, and think the blog by Scott Church is a great idea.

I think this would be a great idea - another possibility might be a newsletter from AIR.

+1

I have Hybrid, Structure, Strike and of course Xpand and love em all.

Happy to get one going if someone wants to pitch in, unless of course Digi know of AIR planning one?

Smile Re: AIR Blog?

OK Great news - I contacted Peter Gorges (Head of AIR) yesterday through my network and asked him if he would like to be involved in the AIR Blog. Got a very positive response from a very busy man.

'That sounds like a great idea, appreciate it, and thank you very much for going the extra mile to celebrate our instruments.

My time's very limited right now, but I'd be happy to do an email interview to help you getting started.

For a more regular interaction, I recommend you to get in touch with our product manager - I've cc'd him here.

Good luck with your group and all my best,
Pete'

Please do understand that these guys are busy and their first priorty will be to Digidesign, in terms of product support and announcements etc. So we will need to bear this in mind and respect it if they are unable to talk about new product etc.

So with all this in mind I will power on with the AIR Blog.

I am having a problem with my wave loops? When I drag them in and select Drum Seq. The loops don't play back correctly. They are totally off like it been quantized differently. I have tried to change the quantize but does nothing sequence is still out of whack. Also all of a sudden when I updated to 9.5 Transfuser started changing octaves out of no ware I have to hit the keyboard key in order for it to go back to what the original octave was. Some one please help. Am I doing something wrong?I am using a mpk49 and it no longer syncs with pro tools. I used to be able to start and stop rec etc but it no longer works? I am using an imac 2010 model 16 gig dual core 2 glyph drives 500 and 1 gig . Mc control and mix I also have the kore two hooked up for native instruments
