Default How can I recover cache.wfm file after a Crash??

right in the middle of tracking some a complicated layered vocal take... protools decided to take a dump. actually a little electronic noise then a dump.

BUT in the folder is an icon with a tape reel and some wave forms called cache.wfm

How In The Hell do i recover this??

is it even possible??

thanks
