Default Hd core card pci-x ...question

Hey.. Just wondering if the core card in your system usage should be in the red and running 100% ?? Is this ok or is there a problem or some way of getting around it!!
Btw it's just the single card no accel ,so HD1

whatever chips u assign for ur mixer and ADC will be 100% red it is fine
