Default Please Help Me In Removing My MC Color's Stands...

I have recently purchased a Euphonix MC Color and I immediately put on the two stands that come with it. I pushed them into place and they snapped in tight. Now I'd really like to take them off as I would like my panel to sit flat on my desk rather than three inches above it.

The problem is that as I pull on them, it really feels like I'm going to break the unit if I follow through. Have any of you ever removed your stands? If so, how did you do it? The manual doesn't say a word about this.

Thanks!

You slide the side panels toward the pointy end, the press the ends of the tabs holding the risers on. The panels snap back the same way.

Thanks for the reply. I am having trouble sliding the side panels (The ones that "EUPHONIX" etched in plastic, right?) forward towards the pointy end. Is it a brute force kind of thing, or is it more finesse?

And after these side panels are off, the tabs that I'm looking for will be revealed?

Just so you know, I don't remember removing the side panels when I snapped the risers into place...

You didn't have to, but to remove them you have to and after removing them it's easier to to push the plastic locks backwards with the help of a screwdriver...
