Default Monitor Outputs - Digi 001

I just installed the Digi001 this weekend (forgive me if my question is a stupid one...) and it seems to work except my active monitors. I can playback an audio-sample through headphone, but not through the monitor outputs. When I put the output on Output 3 & 4 and I connect the speakers to these channels I have sound, but I'm doing something wrong with the monitor outputs.... Can anybody help? (Monitor Mode is off) Thanx in advance.

Try connecting your monitors the the main in/outputs. If you do so....make sure you play back sound very very low in volume, or better....before connecting your speakers, create a masterfader, and close it. The after you connected the speakers, play back a session, and open the fader very very careful.....

If you get sound this way....i siggest you check your cabling again.....and the position of the monitor-switch....

Also make sure the "vol" knob is opened a bit...(its next to the green power-light on the left...)

I actually had the same problem. It seemed that because I had already installed the card awhile before I installed PTLE audio wouldn't travel through my digi and then through my monitors. I simply uninstalled PTLE opened my tower and pulled the digi card. I then reinstalled PTLE and then my card in that order. After set up was complete my monitors were working through the digi just fine.
