Complete plug-in bundle

Hi.

Last year I upgraded from Pro Tools 10 to a perpetual license and downloaded 2019.12.0. At the same time I purchased the complete plug-in bundle.

When I loaded the plug-ins I expected to see all the plug-ins that I had been used to (for the previous six years) plus a lot more.

What I actually found was quite a few more plug-ins (number of) but a lot of my "go to" plug-ins were not there. There were different versions of say delay or chorus but not the ones I had been using.

Am I missing something? Is the complete plug-in bundle a "different set" of plug-ins? Should I pick the others up from somewhere else?

Well, no one knows which plugins you had been used to using.

The Complete Plugin Bundle only includes Avid plugins, and does not include the Aphex Aural Exciter, Big Bottom Pro and Heat.

Also, you have to run the Complete Bundle installer, they don't just show up with the iLok license.

Also keep in mind that when there was several levels of a plugin (eq was one I think) that Avid combined them into one plugin. Also I think Avid deprecated several plugins.

Thanks very much for the replies.

This has answered my questions.

For some reason, when I installed Pro Tools 2019 the Air plug-ins would not download. I wasn't too bothered at that time as I wasn't working on any projects. I have managed to get them now. And I also see that (for example) multiple delay plug-ins seem to have been condensed into one.
