Default Why can't I use "Add To iTunes Library" option?
Hi.

Since I updated Pro Tools to 2020.9.1, I cannot have used "Add To iTunes Library" option on bouncing.
The text is now greyed.

Is it a PT bug or something to fix?

Maybe check you are bouncing to a stereo interleaved file not multiple mono

Yes. I'm surely bouncing to stereo interleaved audio.

I updated macOS and PT at the same time.
I don't know but probably it is due to the macOS's file system.

It is due to running PT on Catalina (iTunes was replaced by the Music/TV/Books/Podcast apps).

Is it meaning that Pro Tools have not optimized for macOS Catalina?
I thought 2020.9 is completely ready to be used on Catalina.

It is compatible, with some limitations documented in the knowledge base.
