AV Option|XL & Film Composer(ABVB)

I have ProTools MIX3 + AV Option(ABVB), work with Film Composer(ABVB). I want to buy ProTools HD(for OS X) + AV Option|XL. Can I export a Film Composer(ABVB) file to ProTools HD with AV Option|XL? or can I use the old (MIX+AV Option ABVB) files in the new (HD + AV Option|XL) system?
