Default Singing Options

what is the best option/process to make a track with somebody singing on it sound better....the only thing that sounds decent in my opinion was the Flanger (Slow&Deep)???

That is too vague a question to get a good answer. It may need reverb, compression, auto tune, EQ, a different mic, a different singer...

We need details.
