I've wanted these plugins for a long time, but he price made me hesitate.

At this price, it was a no brainer.
I've picked up Phoenix and RA...
Almost pulled the trigger on Vinyl, but maybe later, if the sale is going longer...

For those that have ordered from Sweetwater, does the asset get sent direct to one's iLok account or did you received a Activation Code?

There was a hold up in my processing as I am an international customer but I have supplied them with the info to which they replied

"That's all good. And just to confirm if you need support on anything you will need to call Sweetwater and not the manufacturer."

So just wondering?

You get the activation in an email for the iloks. I just downloaded the files from each plugin from the main cranesong site.

Using the Shibata preset and Deep mode instead continues to be a real game-changer for me. Probably the thing that's gotten me closest to the sound of albums from the 70s-90s when covering songs from that era. Another couple things that I just got that were real helpful in getting a more classic sound are CH5 and SDC from SKnote. They pair real nicely with RA/Phoenix/Peacock and Dopamine. $149 price is still up.

Yeah just got the stuff from Sweetwater.

Just gave it a quick wiz. Lots of nice tones available but not overly complicated.

Seems to be capable of less subtle processing that I guessed it would which is good but then I am trying it at first on the master. Looking forward to getting into it properly.

BTW, no presets installed with this plugin right? I'm happy to use my ears but I like the immediacy of presets to get going, especially when first getting into a plugin.

Only Peacock has presets as far as I know. There's a pretty wide range of what you can do with these and they still sound great when on the most intense settings of Dark Essence and Deep. In fact, I rarely use the other settings.
