Memory Locations character limit

Is there any way around the character limit in the memory locations?
I record lots of Live concerts where there are often medleys of songs, I need to name the memory location with the the full Medley name and the locations won't let me. Makes me crazy.

Any of the three types of memory locations (Marker, Selection, and None) can store and recall comments. You can enter a maximum of 255 characters to describe the memory location. Cool detail: the comments show up when you mouse over the markers in the markers ruler.

Or use the old trick; create a blank "Notes" audio track, create an empty group there, comprising the timeline of the medley, name it accordingly.
I would name the groups this way : "0 1 Medley soandso" , "0 2 Medley xyz" , "0 3 Medley abc def ghj", and so on.
That way, they show up on the top of the clip list; selectable from there.
The track height of the "Notes" track can be set to very small.
But, zoomed out, the names will be truncated in the edit window.
