AvidPlay & Soundcloud

I just recently distributed my 1st track using AvidPlay. I am the rights holder in the composition & the recording. The Featured Artist on the track uploaded the track to her Soundcloud account, and Soundcloud immediately BLOCKED the track, saying she has no permission to upload the track to her Soundcloud account. She was told by Soundcloud Artist Support that the track had to be cleared by Eveara for use on her Soundcloud profile. I tried to open an Eveara account, only to be told by THEM that Eveara does not service independent Producers or Composers. They said that I needed to get the correct permissions from AvidPlay. I can find nowhere in my dashboard or in the Track details where I might be able to generate a "licence" or any official document that will be acceptable to Soundcloud for them to UNBLOCK the track. Please can you advise me as to what I should do? I sent Soundcloud a letter (on my production company letterhead) listing the track details (EAN, ISRC, etc) and stating that I have no problem with the Artist uploading the track to her Soundcloud profile. Soundcloud rejected my letter, saying I can ONLY get the track UNBLOCKED through Eveara - Eveara says I can ONLY achieve this via AvidPlay, as I distributed via your service... HELP!!??
