Default How to Uninstall Digidesign Eleven Rack from OS Preferences

I am running the following configuration:

OS 10.7.5
ProTools 10.3.5

When I launch System Preferences there is a "Digidesign Eleven Rack" access panel located under "Other". I do not use "Digidesign Eleven Rack" and would like to uninstall this unwanted device/driver. Can anyone assist me with a procedure for this? Thanks.

Question of concern . . . I use a 002 Rack. Will removing this cause any issues with functionality for my 002Rack?

Thanks.
