Apogee strung us along for months on this we have been Apogee customers for 2 decades.
They lost one of the largest facilities in the world as an Apogee customer forever.
We will never ever purchase an Apogee product ever again.

Same here. Ive been an Apogee user for many years and am soon going to be no longer. Avid will take my Apogee DA16xs and Rosetta 800s for trade in towards the new Avid I/Os. Pretty good deal I think.

I just got an AD16x on ebay, I'm still on HD though, hope they get this going for HDX..

I've read this thread an am confused.

The Apogee AD / DA 16X will work with PT10 software, yes?

So PT10 with TDM, or PTHD10 native, but not PT10 HDX?

- Or is it a non-authorized possibility?

I am currently using 16x with TDM on pt 10.2 HD an they work GREAT.

16x do not currently work with HDX but I am told firmware update for 16x & HDX soon-ish.

Can not comment on native. No experience there.

It there any update on this? Looking back through the thread, it looks like it has almost been a year since it was whispered that a firmware update was in the works.

I take it that it isn't actually going to happen?

I emailed apogee tech support last night... basically waiting for a reply so I could give them an ear full about their lack of customer service...

Low and behold, I was actually offered the beta version of the firmware update. Release shouldn't be too far away.
