Default Need more analog outputs on Digi 001...

I'm currently running Digi 001 with LE 6.4 and am wondering how I can (inexpensively) expand my hardware so I can get more analog outs? I read on the Digi001 compatibility sheet that LE doesn't support more than 1 interface at a time. Is this true? If so, how do people get more IN's and OUT's into their systems?

Thanks in advance!

Lightpipe and S/Pdif digital interfaces will get you up to 18 I/O.

Just curious; why do you need more than 8 outputs?

I'm mixing with a Mackie 16 channel...

What if my mixer isn't digital?

There are a number of standalone Lightpipe and s/pdif interfaces available, the behringer ADA8000 being probably the lowest price lightpipe interface. (you get what you pay for)

I've got a few listed on a help page on my website, though some of them are input only devices.

Not sure that there will be any benefit sonicly of mixing outside the box into a Mackie, though, and especially not with an inexpensive interface.
