I have BIG PROBLEM ( 6042 Error ) :(

First, make sure the order of your cards is:

Graphics card (AGP slot)
ProTools Cards
SCSI card in last slot

What is your SCSI card (adaptec doesn't work well, get an ATTO card)?

Have you run DigiTest. It's not be the most reliable test utility, so run it a few times and see what happens. Who knows, you may find that your TDM cable (used to connect the cards together) is faulty, or even a card...

Hi there ...
I get "The PCI bus is too busy for DAE to communicate reliably with the audiohardware.(-6042)" when trying to recording.

I try many many thing to solve this problem
and nothing ok.

my system is :>
G4 - 512 ram ... 60 GB internal ... also glyph scasi external ....

( by the way this error appere when i trying to record on glyph hard drive ONLY !!! ... i try to fotmat it but [img]images/icons/frown.gif[/img] nothing more .... )
