Same thing here??? Re-downloaded it and still no dice...
It's showing up in the plug-ins folder, just not in the sessions...

Anyone got a fix??
Thanks!

Just spoke to Steve Massey -- it's a mono only plug-in. there's no stereo version, so if you're attempting to put it on a stereo aux (vocal buss, drum buss) it won't work. But I'll bet if you look for it on a mono track, it'll be there.

Maybe I'm unique in this but I nearly always DeEss on a stereo buss after a buss compressor. So, a mono-only version of this plug-in is pretty much useless to me. Can anyone tell me why I'd rather put a DeEsser on every individual vocal track rather than over the whole vocal buss?

Unless you have ALL the vocals hitting the bus with the exact same SSS volume then it would be pretty useless to DS the bus only.

I still think a stereo version would be good.

The full version is multi-mono. The demo is mono-only.

I typically use a de-esser as an insert on individual mono tracks.

You're reporting this while owning the full version? b/c the email I got from Steve contradicts that (see below):

Nope.

Well, on pop/rock material at least, by the time you've hit the buss DeEss, you've already compressed on the way in, on the individual track and then on the vocal buss. So the levels have been pretty ironed out. It's the way I learned to do it and it certainly works -- but apparently not with the Massey.

FOLLOWUP: Just received a clarification from Steve that Multi-Mono is indeed available in the full version (but not the demo). Sorry for any confusion.

Yep, I've used it in multi-mono all the time. I begged Steve for a stereo version but was denied.
