ProControl in Surround Mode -outputs confusion
Hi there
I did the setup for a mix in 5.1 and I encountered a problem. I connected the outputs as specified in the manual and all the monitoring sources work: Stereo Mix= Left-Right; SRC1= Ls-Rs; SRC2= C+Sub The problem is that the signal from Center & Sub (Aux 5-6) bleeds to the Ls & Rs. If I pan to the left surround, I get the center signal too, and if I pan to the right surround, it will go to the subwoofer as well. Does anybody know what the problem might be? (I'm using ProTools 6.9) |

Re: ProControl in Surround Mode -outputs confusion
Double check your cabling. I remember there being two different versions of pin outs on the DB25 connector. One prior to a certain serial number and one after.
That's all I can think of. Jim |
