Can this Midi Controller work with a Digi 002?
Hi all,
Just bought an M-Audio KeyRig 49 controller. Opened the box and to my major disappointment, only saw a USB port...no Midi output. It comes with LIVE software but I need it to work with my Protools programs (Expand, etc). Does anyone use one of these controllers with Protools? If so, how did you set it up? Any help appreciated! JD

The USB is the MIDI output. PT has no problem recognizing USB MIDI controllers.

Yup, just install the drivers, reboot. Attach the USB cable. Open Pro Tools and go to Setup>Midi>Midi Studio and add the "instrument(the keyboard) and select the proper USB connection from the list of midi ports.
