Re: Do your hands ever get sore from repeatedly hitting shift to scroll?
I always wanted one, but here I cannot test it, so I skipped. Is is really that good?

I've been using it for about 3 years now, and I have nothing to complain about. I got used to the horizontal scroll wheel quickly, and I miss it, whenever I'm using another station. The buttons are overkill, and I don't use any of them, but you can even assign macros to them, if you're that kind of guy. If you're tempted, I'd say go for it.

Re: Do your hands ever get sore from repeatedly hitting shift to scroll?
I just use an old Logitech with left-right wheel tilt, which scrolls left or right at a preset speed. Works great for my needs.

ShuttlePro2 is awesome! I've had one for over 5 years and still use it heavily.

Re: Do your hands ever get sore from repeatedly hitting shift to scroll?
I keep a trackpad just to the right of my trackball. If I want to scroll I move my hand over to the pad and swipe with two fingers left or right, up or down. It's the fastest, most ergonomic solution I've found.
That's all I use the trackpad for, just scrolling, nothing else.
