Absynth / Direct Connect

I did a search and found some answers I needed - but.....1. Does Absynth need to be launched before PT or after or does it even matter. I remember reading about "crash" problems due to that . 2. Does NI not believe in PDF manuals?? Cause I'm thinking about getting Battery, Reaktor & Pro 52. 3. Will Absynth remain "visible" while PT is running or will I have to toggle back and forth between the two? 4. Is it worth installing DC 5.1.1_128? Thanks to anyone with the answers! Absynth is really the best sounding soft-synth I've ever heard. I never used it with direct connect, but via the soundmanager card (and even then the sound is cristal clear). Yes, you should lounge pt first and then absynth, If you really want the best audio quality, you can monitor absynth as a standalone through your 001, and record the whole thing. If finished, import it in pt.
