Disabling "Spindump" and "Tailspind" for 9093 Errors
Hey all. In searching for a resolution to intermittent -9093 errors since updating my cheese grater to 2019.6 (ultimate), I found this avid article outlining how to disable two processes that run in the background on OS X Sierra and later.
http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/e...3D1&popup=true Anyone actually tried this? I am not getting a ton of 9093s, but enough to be annoying while cutting on relatively simple sessions.

It's not a silver bullet, but in some cases helps the problem to escalate. No harm in disabling those, unless you wanted to debug the issue.

I have had no -9093 errors since doing this. It works.

I've been trying this, but I can't get my Cheesegrater Mac Pro to reboot in Recovery Mode. It might be doing it, but the display stays dark after the grey Apple screen.
