Focusrite d2 with PT 5.1

It seems to be a bug in the d2 version that comes with PT 5.1 I replaced it with the version on the 5.0.1 CD and it works fine.
Anyone else with the same problem????

-PT 5.1 ships with version 1.6 of the d2 plug-in.

-Manually copy this file from the Plug-In Updaters>DAE Folder>Plug-Ins folder on the PT 5.1 CD-ROM to the DAE Folder>Plug-Ins folder on you hard drive, trash the DAE prefs (entire folder) and relaunch Pro Tools.

-If problems persist, what behavior are you experiencing?

I have installed that version but I didnt trash the DAE prefs after that.
I'll try that on monday.
What happens is that PT freezes and I have to reboot.
