Default Restore dae files?

hello!
My last thread was about an end of stream problem. I managed to solve that, but in my desperation I think I removed all plugins using the digidesign utility tool. Is there any way of restoring these without having to uninstall/reinstall all the plugins?
The plugins are still installed, but I think the dae-files are gone =/
Thanks in advance, again / Jocke

Default Re: Restore dae files?

If you used the Tech Support Utility you should have the option to move all the plugins back to the regular plugin folder, You can always simply drag them manually from the Unused Plugins folder to the Plugins folder.

If you actually trashed the DAE file I think that you will need to re-install PT unless you can drag it back from the recycle bin.

If your worried about the DAE "Prefs" file don't. The Prefs file will get rebuilt when you relaunch Pro Tools. the same holds true for the Digidesign Database files on each logical drive.

Hope that helps
