Default Switching between ruler modes without mouse

hello, I am sorry but I haven't been able to figure this one out, we just got a nice 23" HD display and now my arm is getting tired all the time having to move over to the top left and select what ruler I am using. Is there a key command for switching this?

Thanks
John Gray

I think your only option is tu use QuicKeys. You just record a macro of a click, then assign it to a keyboard command.
