Missing Links for Plugins and Application Manager

Going to my "My Products and Subscriptions" tab in Support, and looking at the downloads, I only see the download for Pro Tools 12, and not, as I have seen every time before, the download links for Avid Application Manager and the plugins that accompanied my subscription. I have downloaded each a couple times, and I wonder if I have downloaded too many times? but I have trouble reaching support, especially because they have no email support.

What is the current AppMan telling you? Are updates showing there?

I did a clean install on my laptop, and can't download it.

Hello and welcome to the community.

The Pro Tools 12.1 installer (in your Avid account) should install the Application Manager which should then provide Download/Install links for the plug-ins, etc. Is this not working?

I did add links for the Application Manager installers to http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/u...-Documentation so you can download from there if needed.

Got It! The PT download from my account came with an app manager, but it refused to log in (It just hung on "getting subscription details" or whatever), but when I downloaded the standalone manager, everything worked fine.
