Default Using a boss gt-3 as midi controller for 11R

Hi,

I'm trying to use an old Boss Gt-3 as a midi controller for the Eleven Rack.
Preset selection works fine, bank up and down also work.

My question is regarding the "ctl" pedal. I would like to use the ctl pedal as a cc pedal, tuning on/off an effect, but it only works when i'm pressing it. It sends the correct message turning the effect on or off, but not as a toggle switch. I only can use it like this: while pressing down the effect is on, released the effect is off!

I've defined the ctl footswitch in the gt-3 as "toggle", instead of "normal" as default, but it didn't work.

Does anyone know how to make it work?

Thanks
