program does not respond
every time i try to start recording, the window for pro tools freezes up and says its not responding. what can i do to fix this issue?

You wouldn't be trying to record to that FAT32 volume would you?
FAT32 is not a supported volume format. That's covered in the very first page of the Compatibility Grid....at the top of this page. Also the Turion processor and integrated graphics may mean this is not a great laptop for Pro Tools use. Darryl |
