Find Tempo?
I imported a drum loop that I sampled. How can I find the tempo of the drum loop? Or, can I stretch it to a specified tempo? I cant seem to get everything to line up in the editing window. Thanks in advance!

Re: Find Tempo?
There are a number of ways to do this...
All of them will require you to read the manual a bit, and probably watch a few youtube videos. If I just wanted to find the existing tempo of the loop, I would highlight the loop and use loop-play and a metronome to find it. Then I would set the tempo and use EA to align everything. Another way would be to use BeatDetective... Once you have found the existing tempo, you could align it to the gid of your NEW tempo. As long as it's not a severe difference, it should sound acceptable.. Or you could just set the tempo that you wanted, and use EA to align it to that.. (probably faster this way). Good luck.. Blessings!
