Default Which One

I need to get a Mac with PCI slots to work with my M-Audio Audiophille 192. I am a PC guy thinking of switching but all my peripherals are PCI bus compliant. Whic Mac would give me those PCI slots??
I am seeing PCs with all types of slots.

Default Re: Which One

none...

There is no current mac out there which has PCI slots.
There ARE outdated macs which do have PCI slots..

The best of them is a Mirror Drive Door Powermac with
dual G4 processors.. 1.42 Ghz or 1.25 Ghz will run protools
very will with 2 gb of ram. make sure you get one with a 167 mhz bus
speed...

mind you, this is old technology.. i would dump the audiophile card
and get a FW audio interface with similar inputs/outputs if you
are set on going with mac for the long term.

best of luck.
