Default Session creating new audio files

Hey guys, I'm mixing a session and it's creating new audio files in the audio files folder without me actually creating any new audio. (I am printing mixes back into the session, but it's also creating new drum files, bass files, and stuff I'm not creating) No audio is being imported into the session. This is happening in a few sessions.

Only way this could happen is if you're using Audiosuite plugs or Committing.

Post the session then. There's an explanation for it. PT doesn't just "make files" for no reason.

Just trashed everything as Avid support suggested. Still doing it.
Not sure about uploading session... This is my main mix template.

Hate to ask the obvious, but someone has to rule it out...

Is the session in question in a cloud collaboration mode?

Are the files being generated the results of edits or clip groups? (.grp file extension in the clip bin, or "Audio1_01-02/ Audio1_01-03" for example.

I have noticed clips disappear from the clip bin, but not randomly show up. Does selecting unused and deleting unused remove these mystery clips from your session? Or is Pro Tools somehow telling you that they are in use on the timeline? usually if you select the clip it will show you in the arrangement where the clip is, or you can select to view where it is in the finder, and at least know if it is from your Audio Files folder, or being referenced from somewhere else.

Feel free to remove all your super secret plugins and settings beforehand.
