How to connect Punch pedal to Omni HD

I recently bought the new HD Omni and cant figure out how to attach a punch pedal to the systems for punches during guitar recording. I see a remote interface on the back but cant seem to find a pedal anywhere that will work with the system..

Does anyone have any ideas how to add a punch pedal or what type to use?

The OMNI has no footswitch jack. You need some other way. Since you don't mention anything else about your setup, I will assume that you have no control surface of any kind? In this case, I recommend the Presonus Faderport. Its cheap(barely over $100 new and under $100, second hand). It works with PT software(bought mine when PT8 was out and still use it with 12.8). Connect a momentary footswitch that is N.O.(Normally Open) and hit the SHIFT button on the faderport so its lit. When lit, the footswitch will function for Quick-Punch in/out(when the SHIFT button is off, the switch will Start/Stop transport). The fader is very handy for doing automation and the Transport buttons always focus on Pro Tools, even when certain plugins will "hog" the keyboard when open on the screen(like Toontrack stuff).
