Any luck with Plugin Alliance sales support?

Has anyone had good luck with sales support issues with Plugin Alliance and getting timely responses?

I started a support ticket with them asking why my monthly voucher dropped from $50 to $25 even though I have enough in purchases to keep me well over the $300 threshold. This was on July 11. After like 5 days I get an email back saying sorry about that and here's a second $25 voucher that can be used on another purchase. Except that it can't be used according to their store.

I email support back on the same ticket a day later about this and then emailed a second time (on the 16th) on the same ticket and yet one more time direct on their website the next day. Crickets. If I log in to their site and look at my support ticket it says it's been updated as of 11:30AM today. Except they don't say if that's my local time (EDT) or PDT. But there's been no update and no email and nothing in my ISP's spam folder.

Thankfully their tech support is more on the ball in responding to issues. Like next day response.

Oh happy day!
Got the situation resolved in a good way - it just took a while.
So anyone dealing with sales support - be prepared for it to take time.
