Default PT11 isn't seeing my 002

I've recently installed PT11 and can't "see" the 003 when looking for it in the "Set up:Hardware" pulldown. I'm also not getting the ElevenRack interface to show up either.

I'm running on a MacBook Pro:
- 2.4 GHz Core 2 Duo
- 4GB DDR2 SDRAM
- OS X 10.8.4

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated...thanks!

Did you install the drivers for the interface? If not you need to.

If need be you can select the main interface by holding down the "N" key while Pro Tools is launching. It should stop at the hardware page and let you select a interface. If you don't see your interface its likely the drivers are not installed correctly.

The Eleven Rack interface is not currently working in PT11, you will need to tweak the unit from the front panel or edit it in PT 10.3.7. A future update should restore the functionality. Although there has been no timeframe given.

The driver "AVID003" is the new one while "DIGI003" is the old one.
