Default Need a great reverb plugin.

Hi

I'm looking for a really professional reverb plugin. I've been using Dverb a lot and it's nice but not great.

What can you recommend me?

Thanks.

It is hard to recommend one b/c I have many & use them all at times for different reasons. However, if pushed a good convolution (AltiVerb, IR-1, TLSpace, etc.) would be a good choice as it can "emulate" many different types of verb. Some of the ones I use are:

Waves: IR-1, RenVerb & TrueVerb
Avid: TL Space, ReVibe & ReverbOne
Eventide: Eventide Reverb & 2016
McDSP: Revolver
Softube: TSAR-1 & Spring Reverb
Sonnox: Oxford Reverb

I also have several other "low quality" reverbs to add vibe/tone to instruments.

Hard to go wrong with Lexicon, but my IK Classik verb gets used on most everything(I think they based it on the old Lex 200)

It is really a question of taste but for me Altiverb 7 is the best. I own waves IR, TL space, revibe, rev one, dverb, renaissance reverb and a few others but I always end up using altiverb. I do mainly post.

TL space - is nice and affordable -

Try the lexicon b/c it rocks - I have the native version of that - not the PCM - the cheaper one and it sounds Divine

Don't overlook X-Verb from SSL, Breverb, or Redline reverb.

Valhalla is excellent and easy on the wallet.

I also use TL Space, Revolver or IK CSR depending on what I need.

I will second X-Verb. Extremely powerful stereo reverb.
