Pro Tools 2018 Activation

I just upgraded to pro tools 2018 Annual Upgrade and can't find the activation. The order confirm email does not show any activation code to redeem, my Avid account does not show the new product (though I see the new order and the order number) and the license doesn't show in iLoK.

How do I get the activation code for the product I just paid for? How do I add the new product to iLOK?

Assuming the order went through okay (did you use a credit card or Paypal - check with which you used to see if the order went through okay payment wise) give it a couple of days. Especially if you ordered on the weekend.

As to getting the license asset onto your iLok make sure your iLok account name is in your Avid account then the license asset can be deposited there. Then use the ILM software to get the asset onto your iLok like you would for any other s/w that uses iLok.
