Upgraded to Windows 8.1
I updated my new computer from Windows 8 to 8.1 two days ago because it was restarting on it's own and my computer tech thought this would rectify the glitch
However, I am getting the message “Unable to locate hardware” when launching Pro Tools Express. I have tried a different USB port on the computer and have phantom power on…but NO luck. My new 8.1 desktop even gave me an icon for the Mbox control panel. The screenshot says “Hardware connected.” Any thoughts from anyone else who has moved from 8 to 8.1? Thank you!
