download OK, no ilok license
Hi, Received an email that my pro tools 12 upgrade is waiting. Followed the instructions in the email, have 12 installed but my ilok does not have a 12 license. Used ilok manager to locate unused licenses but nothing for 12 is there. Ideas?
UPDATE....UPDATE...UPDATE OK, so I now see in license manager the ability to upgrade to 12, the problem is I have to surrender my 11 license. So if I have any issues with 12 I cannot go back to 11 to get the work done. This can't happen. Why would Avid put anyone in a position like this especially when 12 is not giving out warm fuzzy feelings to everyone yet?

The Pro Tools 12 upgrade will in fact ask for the surrender of your old 10/11 ilok authorization. You will in return receive a bundle including 10/11/12. You will not lose access to 11.

Thanks Tom, I wish it said that somewhere. A friend told me I would have a 10/11/12 asset but without telling me about the surrender part. Got scared for a minute.
