Knob snapped off Mbox Mini
The headphone volume knob broke on my Mbox mini. I bought it from Guitar Center in June/July- is this covered by Digi's warranty? I'm going thru the page but I'm not sure who I should contact about getting it repaired...appreciate any help!

I doubt a physical damage item will be a warrantee repair. Expect to pay for the repair(sad to say).

So I'm a little confused about who to contact about this. Going thru Digi's site, they say to contact my local repair center-I e-mailed them and they said I need a hardware repair authorization number. Which Digi e-mail or phone number do I get this from???

Your best bet is to call customer service, its the second link down (Customer Service Administration) on this page and get a RMA from live person.
