Help - PT 8 - How to extract Midi file
Hi Guys,
I need some guidance. I cannot open PT 8 as my interface died last night. In order to not loose time on a project I wanted to continue with midi editing in Logic until the new PT interface arrives. However, it seems the midi files are all incorporated in the PTF session file and I cannot find them stored anywhere else?? Is there any workaround or do I have to wait until I can properly opern PT 8. Cheers, Matt |

Re: Help - PT 8 - How to extract Midi file
File>Export>MIDI, export your project as MIDI file... Is this what you mean?

Re: Help - PT 8 - How to extract Midi file
No, I cannot open PT 8 due to hardwarde problems so I cannot export the midi file using PT. I thought the midi-files would be in one of the session folders but it seems only the audio files are kept there.
