Default Tempo mapping of audio

I've got a choral piece I'm working with, so this is live audio. The piano accompaniment was not recorded with a click track, and so is not beat accurate. Which does lend itself nicely to the sound of this number, gives it more freedom of expression. But my question is, how do I map the tempo that exists in this file, measure by measure, so that I can create a click track for the singers to follow? And to allow me to sync the voices with the piano correctly? There MUST be a way to do this with Beat Detective or with tempo mapping, but I can't find a solution anywhere online.

HELP!!

Use Identify Beat. It works really well in this scenario. You don’t need Beat Detective.

Yeah, I FINALLY figured it out! I have to go measure by measure using Identify Beat, then have to go back and tab to the end of each measure to put in the next measure number. VERY time consuming! But, it worked! Thanks for your reply.

Yes it’s labour intensive but the results are well worth the effort!
