Angry Softkeys editor- why is so basic? Exist any tips?

Why we can not:

Move Softkeys

Copy and Paste Softkeys'

Select many Softkeys and change the colors, font size and type at once?

ETC??

The editor could not be more basic.

Due to lack of copy-paste of softkeys I have pretty much never really started using Control... :/

They reply that they are thinking about it in a few months is you bump this enough.

It's been a topic of discussion for year.

Truth is, they must have stopped Euphonix support, and are just not announcing it because it would make them look like crooks who buy out their competition to let the better product slowly die by lack of support.

I come here once every 3 months and nothing ever improves.

Nice conspiracy theory. Especially after the product manager came here to state that they are working on the software.

I know some people that would program a copy paste system for this in a week. It's been over a year without updates and we're supposed to believe they are progressing?

I think that at this point believing them is naive. I'm not even sure that I hope you are right; this would suggest that even when working on something they are totally unproductive.

Bump! For such an expensive piece of hardware the software is pretty pathetic..This would take much less then a week to write the code for that.

Hi, while I share your frustration at owning what are currently Avid-branded paperweights, from long experience I can recommend avoiding this sort of venting. I share your disbelief at the situation, however these sorts of directly-insulting posts never result in productive outcomes. This would take a lot longer than a week to code, although under any imaginable circumstances would still take a lot less than it already has.

Fact is the last Eucon update was more then a year ago. That seems kind of strange, doesn't?

Screen not following the mixer still not fixed and it's a workflow killer. I gave up.

So, If I had to decide again I would not buy any avid Eucon products...
